• Follow the recommendations on the packaging and don’t be greedy, we have sampled them and know what we are talking about!


• Everyone’s body is different and will have their own limits, so if it's your first time, just pace yourself and see how your body responds to the initial dose. Then take more if you are comfortable.


• Keep hydrated, party pills increase your heart rate and blood pressure, so you will dehydrate faster, especially if your busting your moves on the dance floor.


• We recommend you avoid excess alcohol, as this will only dehydrate your body faster and increase your chance of a hangover.


• Don’t take party pills late at night if you intend to sleep in the following 6 hours. They have a long duration, and staring at the roof in bed isn’t much fun.
