Same Day Dispatch!

We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
All packages are discreetly packed for your peace of mind.
Orders placed before 4:20pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks.
Orders placed after 4:20pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

New Zealand: Approx 3 working days for free signature required delivery.

Australia: Approx 10-14 working days for delivery.

Standard international post: (10-25 working days) depending on were you live and how effective your postal service is.

Fed Ex International Priority with full Track ‘n’ Trace and Signature required.

Pacific Islands $45 (2-3 working days)

Central / North America $50 (2-3 working days)

UK / Europe $55 (3-4 working days)

Rest of World $75 (5 working days)

International customers must understand and agree to the following:

  • Customers will be liable for any customs, duties and tariffs to their destination country.
  • Customers understand that if customs imponds the goods sent by us, charges and costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy

Please note once the order is placed and customer changes mind. Contact us within 24 hours for a cancellation. No cancellations are provided after that, so please choose carefully.

Return, exchange & refund policy

Customers agree that if the goods are returned to us the customer will be charged a 20% administration fee plus any applicable freight charges.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
